the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) is in the process of updating its California Commercial Zero Net Energy* (ZNE) Action Plan designed to meet the state’s ambitious goal that all new commercial buildings and half the existing building stock achieve ZNE performance by 2030. This update will define future strategies for implementation including financing options, training and education programs, code and policy development, etc. that will help drive transformation of California’s commercial buildings stock to ZNE.
